PK: Pre-Kindergarten

A comprehensive, standards-based, core curriculum that builds important content knowledge based on a compelling topic related to science, social studies, or literature in four modules across a year.

K-5th Grade: Skills Block

Structured phonics instruction promotes a joyful, active learning environment by incorporating music, movement, stories, and use of multiple modalities for focused attention on Common Core Foundational Reading and Language standards as well as the Phases of Reading and Spelling Development and Word Acquisition. Dedicated time is provided for customized support and extension, with flexible grouping as learners develop across microphases.

K-5: Context for Learning Mathematics 

Context for Learning Mathematics is aligned to CCSS in Math and can be implemented in a multi-grade classroom. An intentional focus on culturally relevant contexts and anchor texts encourage learners to construct their own understanding of mathematical concepts. 

K-5: Full Option Science System 

FOSS is designed around active investigations that provide engagement with phenomena as well as science and engineering practices.

PK-5th: Socio-Emotional Learning

• PK-5th - Harmony SEL is a social and emotional learning curriculum that nurtures learners to develop healthy identities and create meaningful relationships.
• PK-2nd - Bears Curriculum is an emotionally responsive curriculum that invites Teddy Bears into the classroom to support learners in understanding their feelings and the feelings of others. The bear curriculum is integrated throughout the school day and helps to decrease stress and anxiety.
